Section Sch3-24 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Register of industry health and safety representatives

24 Register of industry health and safety representatives (1) The regulator must keep and maintain a register of industry health and safety representatives. (2) The purpose of the register is to enable members of the public to know the names and contact details of industry health and safety representatives. (3) The register may be kept in any manner that the regulator thinks fit. (4) The register must contain the prescribed information. Compare: 1992 No 96 s 19ZZB
