Section Sch4-2 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Interpretation

2 Interpretation In this schedule,— classified security information has the meaning given in clause 3 non-Crown defendant means a person, other than the Crown or a Crown organisation, who is a defendant in any proceedings that relate to the administration or enforcement of this Act security, intelligence, or law enforcement agency means— (a) the New Zealand Defence Force: (b) the Government Communications Security Bureau: (c) the New Zealand Police: (d) the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service: (e) any agency declared by the Governor-General from time to time by Order in Council to be an intelligence and security agency for the purposes of the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security Act 1996 special advocate means a person appointed under clause 6 specified agency means— (a) the New Zealand Defence Force: (b) the New Zealand Police: (c) the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service: (d) a government department named in Schedule 1 of the State Sector Act 1988.
