7 Nomination of person for appointment (1) Each of the following may nominate a barrister or solicitor to be appointed as the special advocate: (a) the specified agency: (b) the non-Crown defendant. (2) The court may appoint a person nominated under subclause (1) or another person. Compare: 2013 No 91 s 106
