33B Health and Safety regulator to notify chief executive of breaches of legislation (1) The health and safety regulator must notify the chief executive if— (a) a permit holder is issued with a prohibition notice under section 105 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015; or (b) an enforcement action (as defined in section 141 of that Act) is taken against the permit holder under that Act. (2) Nothing in this Act derogates from the health and safety regulator’s responsibility for the administration and enforcement of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
