Section 10 — Human Rights Act 1993: Meetings of Commission

10 Meetings of Commission (1) [Repealed] (2) The Race Relations Commissioner may, at any time, call a special meeting of the Commission. (3) Subsection (2) applies in addition to clause 7(2) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 . (4) [Repealed] (5) [Repealed] (6) [Repealed] (7) [Repealed] (8) [Repealed] Compare: 1977 No 49 s 10 Sections 5 to 13 were substituted, as from 1 January 2002, by section 5 Human Rights Amendment Act 2001 (2001 No 96). Subsection (1) was repealed, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115). Subsection (2) was amended, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115) by omitting “ Chairperson, the ” and the words “ , or any 4 Commissioners, ” . Subsection (3) was substituted, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115). Subsections (4) to (8) were repealed, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115).
