108A Tribunal to give notice of proceedings The Tribunal must notify the Attorney-General promptly of the bringing of proceedings before the Tribunal alleging a breach of Part 1A , or alleging a breach of Part 2 by a person or body referred to in section 3 of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 , if the Attorney-General is not a party to the proceedings. Sections 108A and 108B were inserted, as from 1 January 2002, by section 21 Human Rights Amendment Act 2001 (2001 No 96).
