Section 125 — Human Rights Act 1993: Costs of appeal

125 Costs of appeal The High Court shall have power to make such order as to the whole or any part of the costs of an appeal under section 123 of this Act as may seem just but every order for costs shall follow the outcome of the appeal unless the Court otherwise orders. Compare: 1977 No 49 s 65
