139 Restriction on delegation (1) The Commission may not delegate the powers or functions in section 7 or section 76 . (2) In other respects, section 73 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 applies. Sections 139 and 140 were substituted, as from 1 January 2002, by section 37 Human Rights Amendment Act 2001 (2001 No 96). Section 139 was substituted, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115).
