Section 34 — Human Rights Act 1993: Regular forces

34 Regular forces (1) Nothing in section 22(1)(c) or section 22(1)(d) of this Act shall prevent the Chief of Defence Force from instituting, under section 57A of the Defence Act 1990 , the discharge or release of a member of the regular forces. (2) [Repealed] Section 34 heading: amended, on 1 October 2008, by section 130(1) of the Policing Act 2008 (2008 No 72). Section 34(2): repealed, on 1 October 2008, by section 130(1) of the Policing Act 2008 (2008 No 72).
