64 Choice of procedures [Repealed] Section 64 was amended, as from 2 October 2000, by section 240 Employment Relations Act 2000 (2000 No 24) by substituting “ Employment Relations Act 2000 ” for “ Employment Contracts Act 1991 ” in both places where it appears. Paragraph (b) was amended, as from 2 October 2000, by section 240 Employment Relations Act 2000 (2000 No 24) by substituting “ employment agreement ” for “ employment contract ” . Section 64 was repealed, as from 1 December 2004, by section 3 Human Rights Amendment Act 2004 (2004 No 88).
