Section 87 — Human Rights Act 1993: Certain information not to be made available

87 Certain information not to be made available Any statement, admission, document, or information disclosed or made to the mediator at a dispute resolution meeting for the purposes of the dispute resolution meeting must not be made available under the Official Information Act 1982 or the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 by a person to whom section 85(1) applies, except with the consent of the parties or the relevant party. Compare: 1977 No 49 s 38(7); 1983 No 56 s 12(4) Sections 75 to 92 were substituted, as from 1 January 2002, by section 9 Human Rights Amendment Act 2001 (2001 No 96).
