Section 98 — Human Rights Act 1993: Membership of Tribunal

98 Membership of Tribunal The Tribunal shall consist of— (a) A Chairperson; and (b) Two other persons appointed by the Chairperson for the purposes of each hearing from a panel maintained by the Minister under section 101 of this Act. Compare: 1977 No 49 s 47; 1993 No 35 s 5(1)
