Section 123 — Immigration Act 2009: Protection for carriers, and persons in charge, of craft

123 Protection for carriers, and persons in charge, of craft A person who in good faith imposes reasonable measures, including restraint or reasonable force, on another person in accordance with his or her responsibilities under section 101 or 118 is not guilty of an offence and is not liable to any civil proceedings in respect of those measures.
