148 Procedures to be followed when refugee and protection officer making determination under section 143, 145, or 146 When making a determination under section 143 , 145 , or 146 ,— (a) a refugee and protection officer must notify the person concerned of the matter that is being considered; and (b) sections 135 , 136(3) , 138(4)(a), (b), and (d) , 138(5) , and 149 apply, with any necessary modifications, as if the matter being considered were a claim and the person concerned were a claimant.
