Section 192 — Immigration Act 2009: No appeal or review rights in relation to transit visas

192 No appeal or review rights in relation to transit visas (1) No appeal lies against a decision of the Minister or an immigration officer on any matter in relation to a transit visa, whether to a court, the Tribunal, the Minister, or otherwise. (2) No review proceedings may be brought in any court in respect of any decision to refuse to grant or to cancel a transit visa.
