244 Tribunal may require mixture of closed and open hearings In any oral hearing for proceedings involving classified information, the Tribunal may require a mixture of— (a) closed hearings for those parts of the hearing in which classified information is involved; and (b) hearings at which the appellant or affected person may be present.
