250 Certain appeals and review proceedings to be treated as priority fixture All courts must hear and determine any appeal or review proceedings relating to the following persons as if the appeal or review had been granted a priority fixture: (a) persons who are unlawfully in New Zealand: (b) persons who are not New Zealand citizens and who hold temporary entry class visas.
