Section 258 — Immigration Act 2009: Relevant agency entitled to be party to proceedings involving classified information

258 Relevant agency entitled to be party to proceedings involving classified information (1) Where any proceedings involving classified information are to be heard by the Tribunal or a court, the relevant agency is entitled to be a party to the proceedings. (2) The chief executive of the Department must notify the chief executive of the relevant agency about any proceedings involving classified information.
