Section 292 — Immigration Act 2009: Immigration officer may have assistance

292 Immigration officer may have assistance For the purpose of performing his or her functions under this Part, an immigration officer may be accompanied, if he or she thinks fit, by any other employee of the Department or by a customs officer.
