Section 321 — Immigration Act 2009: Special conditions where threat or risk to security

321 Special conditions where threat or risk to security Where a District Court Judge determines to order the release of a person to whom section 318 applies on conditions in accordance with subsection (3)(b) of that section, the conditions imposed under section 320 may also include 1 or both of the following: (a) a condition that the person not have access to or use specified communication devices or facilities (such as a telephone, the Internet, or email): (b) a condition that the person refrain from associating with any 1 or more named individuals, or individuals associated with 1 or more named organisations.
