Section 346 — Immigration Act 2009: Impersonation

346 Impersonation Every person commits an offence against this Act who, not being an immigration officer or a refugee and protection officer, personates or pretends to be an immigration officer or a refugee and protection officer. Compare: 1987 No 74 s 142(1)(h)
