Section 347 — Immigration Act 2009: Publishing false or misleading information

347 Publishing false or misleading information Every person commits an offence against this Act who, for the purpose of encouraging, inducing, deterring, or preventing immigration to New Zealand of any person or class of persons, publishes, disseminates, or causes or procures the publication of any information or representation knowing that the information or representation is false or misleading.
