354 Failure to maintain confidentiality in relation to refugee or protection matters Every person commits an offence who, without reasonable excuse,— (a) contravenes section 151(1) ; or (b) publishes information released in contravention of section 151(1) . Compare: 1987 No 74 s 129T(5)
