356 Penalties: carriers, and persons in charge, of craft (1) A person convicted of an offence against section 349 (except section 349(2)(b)) is liable,— (a) in the case of a carrier of a craft, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, a fine not exceeding $50,000, or both: (b) in the case of a person in charge of a craft, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, a fine not exceeding $25,000, or both. (2) A person convicted of an offence against section 349(2)(b) is liable,— (a) in the case of a carrier of a craft, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to a fine not exceeding $20,000: (b) in the case of a person in charge of a craft, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
