Section 358 — Immigration Act 2009: Penalties: education providers

358 Penalties: education providers (1) A person convicted of an offence against section 352(1)(a) is liable to a fine not exceeding $50,000. (2) A person convicted of an offence against section 352(1)(b) is liable to a fine not exceeding $30,000.
