Section 364 — Immigration Act 2009: Infringement fees

364 Infringement fees (1) Infringement fees prescribed under this Act may not exceed,— (a) in the case of a person in charge of a craft, $2,500; and (b) in the case of a carrier of a craft, $5,000. (2) All infringement fees are payable to the chief executive, and the chief executive must pay all infringement fees received into a Crown Bank Account.
