Section 365 — Immigration Act 2009: Revocation of infringement notices

365 Revocation of infringement notices An immigration officer may, by written notice to the person to whom the notice was issued, revoke an infringement notice at any time before— (a) the infringement fee is paid; or (b) an order for payment of a fine is made by a court under section 21 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957.
