Section 379 — Immigration Act 2009: Immigration officer to act in accordance with special direction

379 Immigration officer to act in accordance with special direction Any decision made, or discretion exercised, under this Act by an immigration officer must be made or exercised in accordance with any special direction that is— (a) relevant to the decision; and (b) in force at the time the decision is made.
