Section 395 — Immigration Act 2009: Exemptions and refunds

395 Exemptions and refunds (1) Regulations made under this Act may provide for exemptions from or refunds of any fee or charge payable under this Act, in whole or in part, in any class of case. (2) The Minister may by special direction provide for an exemption from or refund of any prescribed fee or charge in whole or in part. Compare: 1987 No 74 s 149
