Section 406 — Immigration Act 2009: Consequential amendments and repeals

406 Consequential amendments and repeals (1) The enactments listed in Schedule 3 are amended in the manner indicated in that schedule. (2) The regulations, rules, and orders listed in Schedule 4 are amended in the manner indicated in that schedule. (3) The following Acts are repealed: (a) Air Facilitation Act 1993 (1993 No 6): (b) Air Facilitation (Domestic Passengers and Cargo) Act 1994 (1994 No 100).
