Section 466 — Immigration Act 2009: Exercise of certain powers by Police

466 Exercise of certain powers by Police Despite section 2(2) of this Act, a constable may exercise the powers in sections 278 and 283 to 287 of this Act on and from the date referred to in section 2(4) of this Act, and this Act applies accordingly as if a reference to an immigration officer were a reference to a constable.
