Section 468 — Immigration Act 2009: Forms

468 Forms On and from the commencement of section 404 of this Act, a form approved under section 132 of the former Act for which the approval is current immediately before the date of that commencement must be treated as if it had been approved under section 381 of this Act, and must be read with the necessary modifications.
