Section 95 — Immigration Act 2009: Issue of invitation to apply for visa matter of discretion

95 Issue of invitation to apply for visa matter of discretion (1) No person is entitled as of right to an invitation to apply for a visa. (2) The decision whether to issue such an invitation, or to revoke such an invitation once issued, is a matter for the discretion of the Minister or, subject to any special direction, an immigration officer.
