Section Sch2-13 — Immigration Act 2009: Representation of parties

13 Representation of parties Any party or person involved in proceedings before the Tribunal, or called upon to appear before the Tribunal, may— (a) appear personally; or (b) be represented— (i) by an agent; or (ii) by a lawyer.
