15 Privileges and protections of witnesses, counsel, etc (1) Every person has the same privileges in relation to the giving of information to the Tribunal, the answering of questions put by the Tribunal, and the production of papers, documents, records, and things to the Tribunal as witnesses have in courts of law. (2) Every witness giving evidence, and every counsel or agent or other person appearing before the Tribunal, has the same privileges and immunities as witnesses and counsel in courts of law.
