16 Witnesses’ fees, allowances, and expenses (1) A witness appearing before the Tribunal under a summons is entitled to be paid witnesses’ fees, allowances, and expenses in accordance with the scales prescribed by regulations under the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 . (2) The person requiring attendance of the witness must pay or tender to the witness the fees, allowances, and expenses at the time the summons is served, or at some other reasonable time before the hearing.
