Section Sch2-2 — Immigration Act 2009: Oath of office

2 Oath of office Each member of the Tribunal must, before entering on the performance of any of his or her functions under this Act, swear or affirm before a Judge of the High Court that he or she will faithfully and impartially perform his or her duties as a member of the Tribunal.
