Section Sch2-20 — Immigration Act 2009: Correction of errors

20 Correction of errors (1) The Tribunal may correct a decision it gives to the extent necessary to rectify— (a) a clerical mistake; or (b) an error arising from an accidental slip or omission; or (c) a material miscalculation of figures or material mistake in the description of any person, thing, or matter referred to; or (d) a defect of form. (2) A correction may be made on application by a party, or on the Tribunal’s own motion.
