6 Members of Tribunal not personally liable No member of the Tribunal is personally liable for any act done or omitted to be done by the Tribunal or any member of it in good faith in pursuance or intended pursuance of the powers and functions of the Tribunal. Compare: 1987 No 74 Schedule 3C cl 10
