“ 48 Victim may make submission on consideration of cancellation or suspension of liability for deportation, or offender’s appeal against deportation A victim to whom this section applies may make submissions to the Minister of Immigration and to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal, in accordance with sections 173 and 208 of the Immigration Act 2009. ”
