Section CW 30 — Income Tax Act 2007: Annuities from Crown Bank Accounts

CW 30 Annuities from Crown Bank Accounts An annuity is exempt income if— (a) it is granted by the Executive Council of New Zealand; and (b) it is paid from the Crown Bank Account; and (c) it is not designated as being subject to tax.
