Section EK 1 — Income Tax Act 2007: Environmental Restoration Funds Account

EK 1 Environmental Restoration Funds Account Account (1) There is a Crown Bank Account called the Environmental Restoration Funds Account that is operated under the Public Finance Act 1989. Payments from person paid into account (2) Every payment a person makes to the Commissioner under section EK 2 — (a) is public money; and (b) must be paid into the Environmental Restoration Funds Account.
