Section EK 14 — Income Tax Act 2007: Application for transfer

EK 14 Application for transfer Who may apply (1) A person may apply to the Commissioner for a transfer under section EK 15 from the amount in the person’s environmental restoration account. Application (2) An application for a transfer must— (a) be in writing; and (b) state the grounds on which the application is made; and (c) state the amount of the transfer that the applicant wants.
