Section HR 4B — Income Tax Act 2007: Crown activities through New Zealand Superannuation Fund

HR 4B Crown activities through New Zealand Superannuation Fund Amounts of income derived and expenditure incurred by the Crown in relation to the activities of its New Zealand Superannuation Fund are determined using the rules in this Act that apply to companies. This treatment applies to determine— (a) how the amounts derived and incurred are quantified and timed: (b) whether income is treated as exempt income or excluded income: (c) any other matter concerning an activity of the Fund. Defined in this Act: amount , company , excluded income , exempt income , income , tax Section HR 4B: inserted (with effect on 1 April 2011), on 29 August 2011 (applying for the 2011–12 and later income years), by section 88(1) of the Taxation (Tax Administration and Remedial Matters) Act 2011 (2011 No 63).
