MA 5 Advice from outside agencies In determining a person’s entitlement to a tax credit under subparts MB to MF and MZ , the Commissioner may obtain the advice of the chief executive or, as applicable, the person appointed under section 61A of the Defence Act 1990 for the purposes of the War Pensions Act 1954 .
