Section OB 12 — Income Tax Act 2007: ICA transfer from FDP account

OB 12 ICA transfer from FDP account Credit (1) An ICA company has an imputation credit for an amount equal to the amount of an FDP debit transferred from its FDP account under section OC 18 (FDPA transfer to imputation credit account). Table references (2) The imputation credit in subsection (1) is referred to in table O1: imputation credits, row 10 (transfer from FDP account). The FDP debit in subsection (1) is referred to in table O4: FDP debits, row 7 (transfer to imputation credit account). Credit date (3) The credit date is the day the amount is transferred.
