Section RA 18 — Income Tax Act 2007: Payment date for emigrating companies

RA 18 Payment date for emigrating companies When this section applies (1) This section applies to an emigrating company that is treated under section FL 2 (Treatment of emigrating companies and their shareholders) as paying a distribution to a shareholder. Payment (2) On or before the date that is 3 months after the time of emigration, the company must pay to the Commissioner all amounts of tax for resident passive income or non-resident passive income withheld in relation to the distribution.
