101 Procedures for determining incapacity for employment and vocational independence (1) When the Corporation is required or allowed by this Act to determine a claimant's incapacity for employment, it must do so under section 103 or section 105 . (2) When the Corporation is required or allowed by this Act to determine a claimant's vocational independence, it must do so under sections 107 to 110 and clauses 24 to 29 of Schedule 1.
