13 Earnings of private domestic workers The Corporation must treat the earnings of a private domestic worker as earnings as an employee. Section 13 was substituted, as from 1 July 2005, by section 5 Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) 2005 (2005 No 45).
