130 Payment to claimant outside New Zealand may be in New Zealand dollars to New Zealand bank account (1) This section applies in relation to a claimant who is outside New Zealand. (2) The Corporation may make any payment to the claimant in New Zealand dollars to an account at a bank in New Zealand. (3) The Corporation may open an account at a bank in New Zealand in the claimant's name, and at his or her expense, for that purpose. Compare: 1998 No 114 s 132
